Better phones than passports -- that's what our government used to 'lose'.
One would have to wonder why it took years rather than months for this to be noticed.
Makes it a joy to take out your chequebook and pay your taxes.

What gets me is that the amount of money spent on phone calls must be more than the Wallis & Futuna Islands' GDP.
